I was quite assured when I inquired about their IT services, but then I pointed out that they weren’t actually handling phone enquiries, and suggested they drop me an email instead. That seemed to trigger a barrage of questions that I was already set to respond to-like how many branches we operate and the staffing arrangements at each place. It was clearly someone on the other end just running through a script.
