On the 29th of February, I received a rather curious phone call from this number. The individual on the line introduced himself as Liam and mentioned he was reaching out to inform me about some alterations to the fees associated with my state pension. Naturally, I probed further, inquiring about the name of the company he represented or if he was affiliated with any government body. Astonishingly, he skirted around the question entirely.
