They said it was a free home energy assessment, but it turned out to be just a sneaky tactic to send a double glazing rep round. Heard about this from our neighbours first. Since Christmas, we've been getting loads of calls from them. They really don't accept NO as a reply. Now, we just ignore calls from that number, but they keep ringing anyway.

Some company called Energy Glass got in touch offering a free service to inspect how much heat I might be losing through my windows. They seem quite legit, so they've arranged to come round and do the check for free. I'll update you all if they try pushing me too much with sales tactics!!
