We keep getting an incessant barrage of calls from that number mentioned above, and they simply refuse to hang up! Just this morning, a woman named Suranne was on the line. Honestly, can they not just leave us be? These callers are peddling offers to clear thousands of pounds in debts related to banks and credit cards. It’s a well-known adage: you never get something for nothing!

We received a call from this number, claiming to be from a company called Redress. They mentioned that they could help us have our credit card debts wiped out, all thanks to some supposed loophole in government law and the fact that we hadn't entered into a new Credit Agreement. The caller started asking for our card details, including our credit limit and even our full card number. At that point, we grew suspicious of their intentions and decided to hang up. Afterwards, we made sure to notify our bank about this odd encounter.

We had a rather similar experience earlier today. We inadvertently disclosed the names of our credit card providers, and now I can’t help but feel anxious that this might be a scam.
