Today, I received a call from this number which turned out to be a rather ridiculous automated message, claiming to be from HMRC! I couldn't help but chuckle at the sheer absurdity of it. Clearly, it's a blatant scam, yet I can imagine some unsuspecting souls might take it seriously. I thought I’d share my experience here to alert others and hopefully save them from this nonsense.
