I got a call from a very rude woman who got annoyed and started talking over me, saying I'd supposedly agreed to an energy survey the following day. Even though I tried to explain I’m on the TPS list and would be reporting the number to Ofcom, she just kept shouting over me. Using intimidation like that could be really harmful for anyone who’s vulnerable. I've made sure to report it.

Got a call saying they were doing some kind of energy survey and that someone would come by to check my windows from inside the house. I noticed they were actually working on my street at the time. I told the person I wasn’t interested, but then he said I’d get another call to sort out a visit and just dropped the call. I tried calling the number back and after some ringing, it just went silent. If this number rings you again, best just ignore it.

Got a call about saving energy that was an absolute scam. The person on the other end was so rude and full of attitude, it was unbelievable. I got a call supposedly about a survey concerning home energy, with the offer to send someone round to check my doors and windows. First off, we’re still in lockdown, so no chance of that happening. When I said so, the person on the other end got really nasty and started swearing. What freaked me out was they clearly had loads of very private details linked to my phone number. Honestly, just ignore these calls completely. Better yet, get yourself a phone that lets you block numbers. Don’t even give them the time of day!
