I've been absolutely inundated with relentless spam calls and aggressive sales tactics. To make matters worse, after my granddad passed away, they had the audacity to ask for a death certificate just to refund me a measly portion of the money-half, if you can believe it! I placed an order for some glasses on the same day, and despite their claims that they were 'ready,' they refused to accept a return for a full refund. Can you imagine? Their attitude was essentially, "You've got to fork out half the cost, regardless of the fact that he's no longer with us." What a dreadful experience!
