Oh yeah, it turned out to be those folks from Specsavers doing the house calls.

I got hit with loads of annoying spam calls, plus all the pushy sales tactics. My granddad passed away and when I tried to get a refund, they wanted a death certificate as proof, but only gave me back half the money. We ordered the glasses on the same day but they said since the glasses were “ready,” they couldn’t accept a full return, so I had to pay half even though he was dead. Proper frustrating!
