I received a rather peculiar call from someone claiming to inform me about an accident. However, all they offered was a name and nothing more. When I asked them to return once they were able to provide some actual details regarding this accident, they promptly ended the call. It seems they were more interested in pestering me than actually sharing any worthwhile information!
