I chose not to pick up, and they left an odd automated message claiming that my internet and IP address had somehow been breached from multiple foreign locations. They went on about needing to alter my IP address and router, and supposedly it would be at no cost to me. They urged me to press 1 to chat with a technician. It’s a total scam-avoid pressing 1 at all costs and never, under any circumstances, disclose your IP address!
