Got calls from some bloke called Tom a few times now. He was pretty blunt, almost rude to be honest. Definitely one of those annoying cold calls.

Got a call today from someone who demanded to speak to our CEO by her first name, which felt a bit abrupt. When I asked who was calling, she just gave her first name and nothing else. When I pushed a bit more, she said she was from BlackSheep, but never mentioned she was with a utilities firm trying to drum up business. Totally a cold call, so I went ahead and blocked the number.
