Brighton, huh? More like somewhere near Bengal, if you ask me. These scammers from India seem to use tons of fake UK mobile and landline numbers made by computers to trick people who aren’t wise to their tricks. It’s important to report every scam you get. Just Google ‘action fraud’ and head to the UK police website. Then find the phishing report page and scroll down to the bottom where you can fill out a quick report. The only way to fight back against these calls is by reporting them.

Got a call from a number I didn't recognise, picked up but no one said a word. Quite odd really.

Got a call from this number on my phone, but I didn't pick up since it was unfamiliar. No voicemail was left, so I'm guessing it's probably some kind of spam. I don't know anyone from Brighton, where it seems the call came from.
