I reckon this chappie must have taken me for a right mug! He was on the line claiming to be from Microsoft, insisting he could sort out any pesky bugs and speed up my computer. He went on about clearing viruses and what-not, and then he had the cheek to ask for access to my machine. Major scam warning, everyone!

I've been getting persistent calls from someone claiming to represent Microsoft, and I've even received messages left on my computer. I've chosen not to pick up the phone or reach out to any of the numbers, all of which seem to originate from the Brighton area with the code 01273. Honestly, I have a strong feeling that this is a scam, and the threats accompanying these calls about the consequences of not engaging with them appear to be getting more intense.

Received a call from this number at half past ten this morning on the 27th of January, 2022. I have my suspicions that it's a scam.
