I got a call from someone named Chris who said he was with a "Local" Insulation Advisory Group. He said he was based in London, but the number he called from was definitely a Brighton code. I've been getting loads of these calls lately, all about inspecting the "home insulation" in my walls. Thing is, another company fitted cavity wall insulation ages ago, so I don’t really need a survey. Now this guy’s trying to sell me a detailed report about the state of insulation that either isn’t there or is causing condensation that actually isn’t happening. This is all nonsense because I don’t have cavity wall insulation installed. Plus, they completely ignore the TPS list and keep on ringing anyway.
