Phone rang and they asked for Mr then the right last name, but I’m a miss. Told them it’s not him and offered to take their name or company, since they’d called me. They started to stammer and said they’d got the wrong number. I repeated it’s not Mr and again asked for their name or company. Then they just went quiet and hung up. Tried ringing back but the call wouldn’t go through. Definitely sounds like a scam to me.

Got a call from some random company claiming to be Hotpoint. Didn’t pick it up myself, someone else did for me and as soon as they asked who they actually were, they just ended the call. Pretty sketchy if you ask me.

Got a couple of dodgy calls today, first they asked for some “Mr Hally-berry” and were quite sharp with me. Then they rang back and tried to get me to say some odd name they couldn’t even pronounce properly. Had a laugh messing about with them before I just ended the call. Honestly, either block them, delete the number, or have a bit of banter like I did.
