Received a call from this number earlier today, claiming to be my bank and stating that Amazon was about to withdraw £1000 from my account. They asked me to press specific digits, which I promptly ignored and ended the call. My bank account appears fine, thankfully. I'm a bit unsure about where to alert this, but it’s obviously a phishing scam…

It seems this number is linked to Home Guard warranty. They were rather pushy in their attempts to gather personal details from me. When I mentioned I already had contents insurance that encompasses everything, he found it amusing and actually laughed! I didn’t waste any time and hung up right away.
