I got one of those NHS feedback calls, but it was all automated. They don’t leave voicemails or let you ring back. After seeing some of the comments here, honestly, some folks probably shouldn’t be getting treatment at all.

I got a ring from this number while I was at the hospital last Wednesday morning, but nowhere near the place they said I was. They wanted to know about my experience there, so I just ended the call. If it’s a real call, I reckon it’s pretty rubbish that a hospital needs to chase up feedback like that - shouldn't really be necessary. But if it’s a scam, then whoever’s behind it should be shut down for messing with the NHS’s reputation.

Yesterday at about 6pm I got a call from 01273 831077. I rang the number back and a lady answered, saying it was Brighton and Sussex University Hospitals NHS Trust calling to remind me about an upcoming appointment. She added I didn't need to do anything and they'd try calling me again in the next 24 hours. If this is some kind of scam, it’s really awful for them to pretend they’re from a hospital.
