I got a call from Homeshield Direct about their appliance insurance. The bloke was quite friendly, but he gave me loads of wrong details. Ended up getting charged nearly three times more than what he initially quoted. Not sure if their cover is any good, but I chose to get my money back instead of sticking with them because of all the confusing info they gave me from the start.
