I've been receiving calls on my landline from this number incessantly. They ring me a couple of times each day, but today was the first instance where they actually left a message. It was an automated recording, though, and the quality was dreadful - you could barely make out the number they were repeating. As a recent arrival at this flat, I can confidently say that no one I know, not even my relatives, has this number since we don’t really use the landline; it was primarily set up to facilitate broadband installation. It's quite baffling!
