Can anyone shed light on who the owner of this number might be?

For the past few days this number has been ringing my landline multiple times a day, usually twice or thrice. Just now I heard an automated voicemail for the first time - the recording was really unclear and kept repeating their number over and over. I’ve only recently moved into this flat and neither me nor any of my relatives use this number. The only reason we have a phone line here is so we can set up broadband.
