Got a call today from some company in Brighton, I think, selling those washing machine covers - or actually they tried other stuff too after I said I dunno about the cover. Honestly, the chap on the phone was quite nice and polite, even though it was a sales pitch.

I picked up the phone and the bloke on the other end said my policy was expired. I asked him, "Policy for what exactly?" but he didn’t answer. I asked once more, then suddenly they went silent. Quite a strange call really.

im getting fed up with all these calls coming through. sometimes it shows up as unknown and other times it says united states. from what ive found looking online, it seems like an auto reminder from my local school board or something.
