I’ve had to ring Sky support about their maintenance more than once already.

I got a ring from this number at about 1pm on 21/03/25. When I picked up, I just heard a weird choking noise then nothing, it went dead silent. Since it was an 01273 area code, I thought it might be alright, so I phoned back. A bloke answered mid-sentence, saying it was about renewing breakdown cover for my telly. I don’t even have that sort of cover, so I quickly ended the call. That’s three dodgy calls today already, and it’s not even lunchtime yet...

This number popped up on my phone earlier. It was pretty obvious it was one of those call centres. The guy said his name was Mike and claimed to be from Sky. He was telling me something about my contract needing to be renewed. I just told him I don’t have Sky, said goodbye and hung up straight away.
