Picked up the phone but the person just dropped the call right away, so reckon it's a scam. Didn't block the number though.

Got a call from a number I didn’t recognise, so I just ignored it. No voicemail or anything was left. My phone marked it as possible spam which usually puts me off. When I dialled back, I got a voicemail thanking me for calling, and it seemed to say something like Assured Protection Limited. The number showed as being in Brighton. Never came across that firm before, so I didn’t bother following it up. Looks like just another cold call to me.

This number has been ringing me two days running now. My phone blocks it but doesn’t label it as spam or anything usual, which is a bit strange. If it’s truly BT, they should already have all my info, but if not, it sounds like one of those cold calls.
