I reckon this was from LLOYDS! They've got these foreign call centres that instruct you to ring a different number regarding "an urgent business matter" - in our situation, it was all about why we were behind on our credit card payment this week. It’s rather annoying, as they could ring you as much as six times a day, given that they’re on some sort of "two-hourly or four-hourly" call-back schedule. Quite relentless, if you ask me!
