Somebody rang claiming they was with BT Openreach. I told them I’d rather ring BT direct since these calls keep coming through. Right after I said that, they just hung up on me. If you get the same call, just say what I did.

What a proper nuisance! With illness sweeping through the house, I’ve had to deal with this issue not once, not twice, but three times over the weekend alone, and again twice this morning. It's infuriating that every time I manage to pick up the phone, no one is on the other end. And when I try to call back, I'm met with nothing but a recorded message saying the voicemail is full. It's been dragging on for months now, and I've had just about enough!
