Got a call from someone named 'Benjamin' claiming to be from Open Reach. To mess with him, I let him listen to a crying baby sound for about 6 minutes straight.

I usually get like three calls daily and most times nobody picks up, but today the voice on the line was really hard to make out.

Said they were from BT Openreach but something felt off about it.

I've been receiving loads of calls supposedly from BT Openreach, but the number changes every time. The last time they phoned, I told them to remove me from their call list or I'd have to report them for harassment. Instead of backing off, the person on the other end said I didn’t get what the call was about, and then they just insulted me! Proper rude.
