Someone rang me up and actually knew my name, claiming it was about some paperwork linked to my washing machine. Honestly, it felt like a dodgy call since my washing machine is quite old now, no longer under any warranty and hasn't needed fixing in ages. Definitely seemed like a scam to me.

There was this guy on the line, spoke really proper English but you could tell he had a bit of a local accent. I told him his info was all wrong before just hanging up on him.
