I received a rather patronising call regarding my Sky setup, with the chap on the other end trying to emphasise, in a rather haughty tone, that I needed to pay attention, "my dear." He mentioned that while my Sky Q box is all sorted, none of the other equipment has any coverage. Honestly, his attitude was quite infuriating.
