Got a call from 01273 713697, and they were pretty pushy trying to sell me some renewal insurance for my washing machine. Honestly, if that’s representative of how their call centre works, they should seriously rethink their hiring and training. No respect or politeness at all. Feels really desperate to have people like that as the first point of contact with customers. I’ve already flagged the number with my call blocking service.
