For the last couple of weeks, I’ve been getting calls from a recorded voice claiming TalkTalk will be disconnecting my broadband today. They ring me almost every couple of hours, everyday. It’s honestly so frustrating!

Got a robo call from this number saying I need to get in touch with BT because my internet would get cut off soon due to my IP being compromised. Thing is, I’m with Virgin Media who use their own cables for broadband, so I reckon this is just another scam trying to get you to ring back. They probably want to convince you to download some software claiming to fix the hack, but it’s really just a trick to steal your data or hack the computer themselves.
