I got a call from the Student Accounts Office at Sussex Uni and honestly, it feels like they’re doing things that aren’t quite legal. The uni knows what's going on but if you want something done, you gotta report them straight to the Vice Chancellor’s office. Me and others are trying to get their manager and a few team members fired because their way of handling things is shockingly bad! Proper rubbish customer service!
