I called the number back and got through to a message offering different housing zones, with the last option being to press 4 for anything else. When I picked that, it connected me to KT Heating. They’re the folks that fit and service gas boilers for councils and housing groups like mine - Guinness Housing. They told me I’m due for a new boiler installation soon. Since they usually handle these checks, I’m pretty sure it’s legit and not some kind of scam.
