I've received calls from someone masquerading as Amazon, claiming there’s been a suspicious attempt to charge my account. They requested I download an application called Amazon Anydesk-whatever you do, steer clear of this! If you comply, they’ll gain control of your computer and have access to all your personal accounts. It's a trick, plain and simple!
