So I got a call from some bloke with an accent that definitely wasn’t from around here, said he was from BT or something. I asked him straight up who he wanted to talk to but he couldn’t give me a proper name. Then I asked for a subscriber reference and he just said "Ah, OK" and hung up on me. The number was from the Brighton/East Sussex area, which made it sound even dodgier.
