I picked up after letting it ring but as soon as I answered they dropped the call. There was lots of noise in the background which sounded like it was from some sort of call centre.

Honestly, I don’t get why these folks don’t just pick up the phone, they seem to hate getting calls and always hang up straight away. Seems pointless trying to call them at all.
