7 yearsI got a call at 7:15 in the morning, didn’t pick up though. Honestly, such a nuisance!7 yearsI missed their call at 7:19 in the morning, then decided to look them up online. Turns out loads of people are saying they’re just there to cut your internet off!7 yearsThis morning, precisely at half seven, I received a rather persistent call from an individual who was keen on persuading me to enhance my broadband package. To my surprise, the call came from a number linked to Craignure on the Isle of Mull, and the voice on the other end had a noticeable Indian inflection. I mentioned that I had to step out and requested they ring back around two in the afternoon. Curiosity got the better of me, and I decided to investigate the number while I waited. To my dismay, it turned out to be a scam! Just as I thought I’d heard the last of it, I was inundated with a flurry of calls from yet another dodgy number shortly after 2pm-01273513049-this time flashing a Brighton area code. Really, what a nuisance!CraignureIsle of MullBrighton7 yearsI received yet another automated call about an obligatory broadband upgrade and was asked to stay on the line while they connected me to an "officer." This is the third time I’ve had this sort of message, but from different numbers. Funny enough, since I don’t pick up and let it go to voicemail, the moment a person finally chimes in, it's the same female voice every time. Quite peculiar, isn’t it?7 yearsGot a call from a bloke with a recorded voice saying he was from Ofcom, talking about internet upgrades and asking me to press a button.
