Some guy with an Indian accent called saying he was from BT, but he sounded like he was miles away or something. I told him I couldn’t really hear him properly. Then he asked how I was and how my BT connection was doing. I said it was awful because I’m actually with Virgin Media (which isn’t true). Weirdly, he just ended the call right there…
