I'm so fed up with these calls where no one speaks, just silence then a click when you pick up and say hello. How come there's no proper way to have these numbers blocked for good? You'd think the phone companies could easily build in a "Report silent call" feature so we can flag them straightaway. After a certain amount of complaints about the same number, they should just be banned, fined, or the business behind it shut down after a few warnings. Honestly, if I ever landed a role at one of those big phone companies, I’d sort this mess out in a heartbeat!
