So I got a call from this pet trac number but I couldn’t answer, ended up calling back. Turns out they were telling me my pet isn’t actually registered with them and no payment was taken. The fake bit was an email I got saying my pet’s registration was about to run out - that’s the scam. Now I’m stuck trying to sort out getting my money back. Watch out for that dodgy email!
