12 yearsI received a call from this lot claiming to be from BT, and when I tried to call back, I got a message saying, ‘Thank you for calling BT, this number doesn’t accept incoming calls’. They told me they wanted to update their records, so when I eventually encountered any issues with my line, they’d know who to reach out to.
