Just got a call about my appliances insurance supposedly being out of date - bit annoying really!

So, someone from Domestic & General rang me up, even though I’ve never had insurance with them. The chat was all over the place, and the bloke couldn’t give me clear answers about anything. From what I gathered, he was trying to get me to renew some sort of direct debit, but he seemed to get frustrated and just hung up on me. Honestly, feels like they should give that guy some proper training before sending him out making calls.
