I picked up and got an automated voice telling me to press 1 if I wanted to cancel my broadband or 2 to keep it. They said it was BT. Then I got transferred to somewhere that sounded like a call centre. I kept saying hello but no one replied and then the call was ended. I checked the number by dialling 1471 but it said it was an unrecognised number. Can anyone help me figure this out?
