I received a rather shoddy call from this number today, from a man whose manner and clarity left much to be desired. He started yammering on about some incident that supposedly took place a year and a half to two years ago-though to be honest, I struggled to grasp his thick accent. Apparently, he claimed I had a sum of around £4000 waiting for me, but only if I allowed him to access my computer via Anydesk. Supposedly he would show me how to transfer the funds to my bank, but alarm bells immediately went off for me. I firmly declined and expressed my disinterest, at which point he abruptly ended the call. Be cautious, folks; this sounds very much like a scam to me.
