someone rang claiming to be from sky, saying i could get a three year warranty on my kit. they soon asked for my card info, which i gave them, but it was a bogus number. not surprisingly, they spotted that straight away. they didn’t accept my offer to pay by cheque, which makes sense. personally, i try to drag the call out as much as i can because apparently they hate people wasting their time.
