Claimed he had unblocked our gutters and downpipes a couple of years back. Now, he’s offering us a reduced price because they're supposedly returning to our street. The moment I mentioned the housing association, Tom abruptly ended the call. I've encountered this kind of dodgy salesmanship in the past. I shall be notifying Trading Standards about this.
