Got a call from 01273 257743, and it wasn’t very pleasant. The person didn’t identify themselves properly but asked for me by name. They said it was about a warranty expiry on my washing machine and offered to renew the cover. When I asked which company they were from, they said "Sure Care Protection" and then demanded my postcode. I told them I didn’t know who they were, but they just repeated the company name and rudely insisted on my postcode. I ended the call right after, it really felt pushy and a bit intimidating.
