I've flagged this as harassment since they rang me once last week and two times just today, but my BT call guard stops them every time. Maybe they're using some robo-dialler that shifts numbers when someone picks up (which call guard blocks) or they’re trying to hide their identity until they start their scripted spiel!

Got three calls from 01273 256894 yesterday. Picked up the first, and the person said something about free loft insulation. Told them I wasn’t interested, yet they still rang me two more times after that. Ended up blocking the number now.
