I told them my washing machine was still covered for another 5 years, but they kept going on about needing to renew it and asked for my bank info. It got annoying and I just ended up hanging up. After that, they called me back like four times!

Companies like Homeshield buy these sketchy lists and end up contacting people who’ve already had their info leaked somewhere else. It's kinda harassment in my opinion. Homeshield really ought to be more responsible, so I’m already put off them even though I haven’t dealt with them properly yet.
