Received a call purporting to be from Sky's Warranty Support, asking if I fancied renewing my cover for a year at £69.99 or for three years at £120. The thing is, I'm not even a Sky customer, so what database they're referencing is quite the mystery! They had a fair amount of convincing information, though, and the hustle and bustle of a busy call centre was very much on display. Quite strange indeed!
