Be careful with calls like this - they told me to press one button if I agreed or a different one if I didn’t, saying something about strange charges on my card but didn’t say which card. I reckon it might end up costing you if you press anything, or it could just be a scam. Honestly, best thing is to just ignore and hang up. It’s really annoying that BT won’t let us block all the numbers we want to.
