So annoying and just plain harassment! They keep calling my landline and mobile one after the other several times a day. Honestly, can people just stop saying this number is some kind of scam? They’re actually calling to do a survey for your local council about housing, trying to make things better. If you don’t want to chat, just pick up and say no nicely. The way some folks react, you’d think they’re trying to rob you blind. This number constantly rings my phone, and I usually just ignore it, sometimes up to 5 or 6 times daily. After checking it out, it seems connected to some sort of repair service... 1. I just received a call from this number on my mobile, but as soon as I picked up, the line went silent. Not long after, I got another call from the very same number on my home phone. My phone got called like 4 times today before 5pm but noone can get thru cos my line won’t take incoming calls, and there’s a msg telling them this. Yet they keep ringin! Sounds like scam or sales calls since my number is private & signed up with TPS. Real callers have my alternate number, so these aren’t legit or TPS approved. Properly annoying tho, they got through 2 times yesturday and already 4 times today. Bit pathetic really, they’re just wastin their time coz my call blocker does its job!

I saw a few people saying this isn’t a scam, that it’s some legit firm calling to confirm if repairs were done via your landlord or whatever. Honestly, it has to be dodgy! They’re calling me from BRIGHTON, and I live in Durham. Plus, I don’t even have a landlord or had any repairs done. So watch out, it doesn’t seem trustworthy or genuine at all.

This number called me today on my ex-directory and TPS registered phone. They’ve tried twice before as well. I never pick up unknown calls since I got scammed years ago by People’s Energy pretending to be British Gas and ringing me at 7am. They’re not even in business anymore, I reported it to the police. Today it rang at 4.30pm, and before that on 28/8/23 at 12.58pm and on 25/5/23 at 11.39am. They've contacted me, claiming to represent the council's housing repairs follow-up team. However, it seems they’re just a claims outfit trying to get hold of your personal information to file a complaint against your landlord. You can easily do that on your own, without any cost, and without having to give away part of your compensation. I received a call that seemed to be from my housing association.
