Got a call from 01912730741 around 1am, some strange nonsense and they said it was a wrong number, which didn’t make much sense. I ended the call quick. Strangely, my internet then stopped working right after. I rang them back, managed to speak to a lady and had a word with her. No disrespect to decent folks from India, but seems like it’s often people from there messing about with my connection. My home broadband was cut off but at least my mobile data still runs fine.

this number kept ringing me but never left any voicemail which made me think it was probably a spam or scam call. today i finally picked up and the person said something about "equity release." i told them i've never shown any interest in that. then they asked if they could talk to me about it, but i said no thanks, i’m not interested at all. also, i don’t trust companies that just cold call like that, so no way i’d deal with them.
